Terms of Service

BetterPhotoStudio ("the Service", "we", "us") provides AI-powered photo generation and editing. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

The Service runs on credits. Credits can be purchased as one-off packs or included with a subscription plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Because generations consume compute the moment they run, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits or a recent charge may be refunded at our discretion or where required by law — contact support.

You agree not to use the Service to create or upload content that:

• depicts a real person without their consent, or impersonates anyone;
• is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringes others' rights;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the images you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g. sending it to our AI provider to produce your result). We do not sell your content.

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be imperfect, unexpected, or not unique. They are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend the Service for violations of these Terms.
